Has anyone used hevi shot #6 out of there 20 gauge? If so what gun and choke did you use? I have 2 boxes of them that I intend to pattern out of a youth 20g 870/
I pattern a couple last year Hevi-6 out of a 20 gauge youth 870 and they were fine...they don't have as much energy as the Federal HW 7.. the choke i'm using is Trulock 565 , no-ported ...i was looking for a choke that was good to shoot more than just one shell...with the Trulock , i can shoot 7-6-5 pretty good...
From my youth 20 with a Tightwad .570 mine will run in the 110-120 @ 42yds. Kills birds dead too
