I have 24" down right now and it's still a total whiteout. Supposed to snow right through the day and into tonight. This is a bad one. :help:
Same here in central Pa....Not as bad for what there were calling, but hurry up spring turkey season....I hunt both in Maryland and Pa. So pumped.
Last week in Tennessee it was 70 deg. and Saturday evening we had 2 inch of snow...we don't get a lot of snow...If we got 24 inches in Tennessee you couldn't find a loaf of bread or jug of milk left in the stores...24 inches ...that's just bad....

We got about 6-7". Less than what they were calling for but still a PITA. I'm near the MD/PA line in Central MD.

Just cleared my driveway. 28" now and calling for another 3-5" tonight. What concerns me now is the wind. Calling for 50mph gusts steady at 25mph. Drifting will be a big issue. :happy0167:

Abiut 8" in the mountains of Md here. Not the pansy flatlands. I talked to some on the near the eastern shore and they are flipping out over 2". Hilarious

We had 8.5" yesterday here in Iowa out of the storm that's hitting out east today. Ours was kind of weird....wet & heavy on the bottom, light & fluffy on top. It sucked plowing it. The wet stuff would ball up and stick to plow and fluffly stuff blew all over the top of the plow covering the windshield.
Like said earlier stay home and give the plow drivers a chance to do their thing.
Heard we got 2 feet as well. Fun fun fun. Been digging out all day
Man I can't even imagine 24". It was in the 70's here in Ga last week and this morning in the mid 30's no snow but I was complaining.
Now I just feel like a pansy. LOL

Just keeps getting better here. Wind is unbelievable, roads completely drifted in. I'm going to have to get a backhoe tomorrow to try and clear my driveway. 30"+ of snow.

That's bad, post us a picture if you can...
Cleared everything off this evening. Snow still falling. Say when it's all said and done we may have 12-14". Not to shabby. Still I can remember some storms way worse. When Sandy came through we had 36" and I lost power for 11 days. Made it through just fine. Cooked deer steaks on the grill, had my freezer goods buried in a snowdrift and was no worse for wear from it. Ain't no thang.

The only saving grace is Spring is close,but if all that melts fast it'll be another mess.. We got around 5in. after all of ours was melted and I was bummed. Can hardly feel bad now after hearing this.
South Buffalo guys are like 24"? Call me when you hit 9 feet and we'll cry together lol. I think we're at about 20" and climbing north of Syracuse. Stay safe everyone!

man I was so happy woke up this morning was calling for up to a foot here in the laurel high lands guess the dry air kept it from coming up We are to get some lake effect for next 2 days high winds 6in but that's normal for us lol can keep it all out east
I'm just laughing at my neighbor you called early spring, mowed his yard and planted flowers in February because we had 2 days of 70's..
It will melt fast and turkey season before we know it, i kind of prefer late springs over early ones for turkey huntings sack in my book

3 inches here in illinois...just about melted now...glad it got colder...i didn't want a early spring..still a month to go before season
22 inches total snowfall here! I live on a mountain top(1870') so usually get more than the surrounding area. Looks like spring just got buried. I had a robin at my bird feeder yesterday. Never saw a robin eat birdseed before but that one did and he seemed happy to get it! LOL

42" in a day and a half here and were supposed 3-5" more tonight!Record snowfall for my area. The snowblower and shovel have been working overtime for sure. To think i just saw the first strutter here last week, and now we have 3&1/2 feet of snow on the ground. CNY weather at its finest.On the bright side,we're safe and sound,my daughter got 2 snow days and I had the day off today.We have also been very lucky and haven't lost power, yet.
We got 5-6" between Monday evening and Tuesday morning. There wasn't a gallon of milk to be seen according to sources. As a teacher, it was nice to have a day off with the girls but that just means we've got to extend the year an extra day now. Also, they gave a 2 hour delay today and I'm betting we'll have another tomorrow because of where it's blown across the road today. Don't mind snow Dec-Feb but it seems the bulk of ours is now coming in March. Just last week it was 72*. This is crazy. I'm ready for it to be over with and for spring to finally be here.
I promise I won't complain about mowing the grass this summer! It sure beats shoveling snow.

With all my turkey spots slammed in snow it felt really good to look up the weather in Merriman NE and see that it was 78 there today seeing how I'll be out there in a month for opening day.
