Title: Williams Firesight Slugger question?
Post by: Coop1082 on March 12, 2017, 02:33:21 PM
Alright guys I got a set of slugger sights in for my vent rib on a browning BPS yesterday and I made the mistake of overtightening the very last screw and it broke the screw. I went to two local stores to find a replacement and no one carried anything that would work. That being said what are the odds of three being enough until I get a replacement? The season comes in Wednesday so I highly doubt I'll be able to have one in in time for the season. I shot a few times yesterday with it and didn't notice any ill effects. The broke screw was on the front portion of the sight and for what's it's worth it seems as though three screws have it on there pretty darn good, but I imagine enough 3.5s would eventually rock it loose. Just wanting to see if anyone has any experience with this?
