Been a rough one so far this season.Close calls,misses,Walking alot,and I mean alot of non-gobbling turkeys.I have only missed one morning this season and that was the big storm this past week that came through.This morning was the same,went to a spot I knew held a bird and he never gobbled,well more of the same I said......leaving the spot I stopped by a 4 acre piece I just aquired that has had a bird I have seen slipping through periodically, and said what the heck might as well hit the call......low a beholf this bird slammed it in the back of the small block.Park the truck and sling the vest back on,if he's gobbling you gotta go........little talk with the new Aluminum Call and 35 minutes later hes flopping.......Man what a good feeling......Hope everyones season is going well.

Ricky, I knew it was tough in South Carolina this year when you didn't put up a bird on opening day.
