Any of you guys got any info on the Mossberg 835 and pure gold choke combo.

				Mine shot good with H13 3.5" #6 and #7's.  170-180 with the 6's and high 200's with 7's.

				I appreciate the info

I shoot the 3 1/2" 2 1/4 oz. Hevi 7's and .670 PG in my 835.  She puts 300 plus in 10 at 40 with the 7's.  The PG choke is an excellent choke for the 835 IMO.  I have several boxes of the Hevi 7's left and intend on going to the LB 6's when the 7's are gone.

That's what I was going to try Lb 6's I hope they pattern like the Hevi 7's

The LB's pattern is extremely tight at close ranges.  Make sure you check your POA/POI with some dove loads at 15 yards and correct if you aren't dead on.  Make sure you clean and polish your barrel and with the 6's, you should see a real nice pattern at 40.  You won't get 300 with the 6's since the 7's have more shot per ounce but 250 should be something to shoot for.

With the 3.5 #7s I get over 300 at 40 the longbeards were no where close to good out of my 835 with the PG choke but a buddy of mine same setup gets great patterns at 40 with both shells..
