I thought about it but don't know if I can handle 3 million turkey calls going at one time, I may stroke out... ;D ;D ;D
I'll be looking for turkeys in the a.m., the season is almost here  :icon_thumright:

I will say this, if a man was there on Sunday evening and was looking for turkey calls, you can find some killer deals on actual award winning calls at an extremely good price !

I am planning to go Sunday morning.  Maybe the Dead End folks will still have something interesting at their booth.

I liked their Floodzone waterproof striker and the Pothole tree call enough that I bought them in Nashville.

I'm definitely going.  I'm going to watch hockey, the Carolina Hurricanes play the Phoenix Coyotes over at the PNC Arena tonight.  Then back to the other side of the fairgrounds for the Dixie Deer Classic tomorrow.  I've only missed 3 Deer Classics since they started having that show in 1981. Always plenty to see & fun to catch up with old friends there.

I've never been to the Classic.
Is as big of event as the National Convention in Nashville?

Not Close to the NWTF Convention, but it has come a long way since it started.

My son and I walked around this afternoon.  We saw some good friends, both exhibiting and walking around.  Bought a few strikers and some odds and ends.

I try to go and support it when I can because, as I understand it, the proceeds go to help fund the hunters for the hungry deer donation program across North Carolina, which I think is a good program.
