Ff3 mounted on factory rail, sumtoy .650 choke. Whatever shell you can afford. Hevi Magnum blend 3" 5,6,7 2oz, Winchester super x (double x) 3" 5s, 1 3/4oz, hevi-shot 3" 6s or 7s, Winchester long beard xr 3" 6s, 1 1/4 oz. All those work well out of mine only shot 1 or 2 of each. If I decide to keep mine I'ma shoot it more this Saturday Lord willing. Gun shoots great! I just prefer a 20 guage now on my shoulder since it was injured bad in 2015.
I just mounted factory rail on reciever and then mounted my ff3 on it. Installed a sumtoy .650 (invector, win thread) and go shoot.
I would have put a sumtoy mount on it but the 3 holes that weatherby put in reciever doesn't work with sumtoy mount without drilling a hole closer to the rear hole.
Also claw sling works well as well!

nice looking turkey gun :icon_thumright:
That's a beauty. Pls share the patterning pics with us. Enjoy and good luck.
I ran a Sumtoy .665 and Longbeard 3 inch 1 7/8oz 5's out of mine with a Burris FFIII.
The plan is to order a FFIII this week and from what I'm reading is everybody loves the sumtoy choke with this set up so I plan on ordering one of those and trying different loads through it. Thanks for the input.
OK guys here's what I decided on today, my gun shoots anything and patterns anything I've put in it. I am not a 10 inch hole counter I look for this and quit. 20 yds pattern is a little off because ff3 wasn't dialed in and didn't waste shells after I got it dialed in at 40! This is a weatherby sa-459 12 guage with Magnum blend 3" 2oz 5,6,7 shot at 20yds and 40 yds. I was pleased. Gun is getting cleaned tonight and waiting on a gobbler.

If your guns factory choke has the benelli threads and is ported you should shoot it before moving on to something different. Mine shoots very well, I ordered a 650 carlson to see how it shot fed heavy and was pleased but maybe beat the factory choke by 20 pellets and the factory choke shot all loads more than satisfactory. I would have to assume the factory non ported with invector threads that comes in the newer guns would shoot federals well also
