Does anyone have any experience with one of these? I was looking at a youth model for my son. I know they are made in Turkey and have read some reviews just wondered if any of you may have one and hunt with it and could share your thoughts. Thanks!

Why don't you get him a youth 870 , 20 gauge and as he gets older you will still have a gun you can build into a adult shooter with Federal HW 7 or Tss... Lot more you can do with the youth 870....parts are easy to find...

My niece has one and it has ran like a top with heavy and light loads. I've never patterned it for turkey but it's a smooth gun. She skeet shoots with it.
I would recommend the 870 Youth over the Tristar for a beginner. The safety setup is strange and the 870 Youth is a proven performer.
