Nice!
Very nice, I don't wanna highjack the thread but have a question, being the newby I am too custom calls I only have bronzed glass from 1 maker, Mr. Mabry. I have glass from 4-5 different guys and the bronzed seems kinda like plexiglass or something or closer to crystal, guess I am just trying to ask is the bronzed glass closer to crystal than actual glass, thanks guy's in advance!
Piggybacking on B&H's post, what the heck is bronzed glass actually. Keep hearing about it but have never gotten one yet. Won't be this year either as I'm on hold for buying calls until my elk trip is paid for but I'd like to get one in the future. Just curious. Not meaning to high jack here but curious.
Great pot! Congrats!!
GLASS , CRYSTAL , BRONZE
THERE ALL GLASS BUT THERE DIFFERENT TEXTURE OR HARDNESS
I THINK BRONZE IS THE SOFTEST AND GLASS IS THE HARDEST AND
CRYSTAL IS IN THE MIDDLE ,YOU ARE GOING TO GET A DIFFERENT TONE ..
IM HOPING SOMEBODY WILL CHIME IN ON THIS ,
I HOPE THIS ISNT HIGHJACKING THIS THREAD..........
SHARP LOOKING CALL ........ :icon_thumright:
I bought one in the classifieds. It will be in my vest on opening morning. I also like the new bag he is sending them in.
Good lookin call, nice combo :icon_thumright:.
?? 2. Bronze glass was designed for use in motor homes and trailers, it the toughest glass out there. It's like comparing dymondwood to regular wood. The glass is impregnated with resin/hardner when being made, that gives it that greenish tint. Crystal is your hardest glass, then Bronze Glass and last Plain Glass. With the hardners added to Bronze glass it has very close sounding to Crystal.
Once again awesome looking call, and thanks for the answers guys' it clears up a lot of uncertainty I had about bronzed glass. Very much appreciated!
One of my favs
