Got some great sounding calls from the convention. Got an anodized aluminum from Hanks, a Crystal mistress from David Halloran, and a bloodwood over walnut from SS along with multiple strikers. All these calls sound amazing.

There were definitely plenty of calls to choose from. I bought a Cody drop dead green slates, a Field proven diamond wood combo glass over slate, and 6 mouth calls from Houndstooth Game Calls.
I got an anodized from Hanks. Once I picked it up and started playing it. I just couldn't put it down. Also got a SS box call.

What a great day to be at the world's greatest turkey hunting pep rally! Turkey hunters paradise. Played almost every call in the place and can tell you that everybody there was playing for second place in the pot call division. Think they are a new company, but the Pistol Creek calls were best in the house. Their two sided Duplex was a hot commodity at the show. Can't wait to put this thing to work in a few weeks!
Jwright that hanks aluminum sure can sing. I was the same way, once I played it I knew it was coming home with me.
