What I have found to be the easiest way to do pictures would be to get a photobucket account (free). You can take a picture with your phone, upload it to your PB account (with the free app). Then, go to the website on your computer, click on the picture, click on the link to the right of the picture that "IMG" and it will automatically copy the link. Then, just come here and paste the link into whatever you want the picture to be in.
I am not sure about videos, so I am no help there.
