Title: Texas turkeys
Post by: gobblehead on February 13, 2017, 09:21:00 PM
I know this is a shot in the dark, but I'll be at Corpus Christi march 27-31 for training and would love to squeeze in an eve turkey hunt for a rio(never killed one), anyone out there help me out on this one time adventure or know a contact?

Lots of outfitters in the area. That should be a no brainer with a little searching on the internet or on the Texas Hunting Forum. Be prepared to pay... little to no public hunting.

That's the problem I may only have a couple evenings to hunt not full days I'd rather pay a local to take me than an outfitter for a full hunt, that's what I'm looking for

Post what your looking for on The Texas Hunting Forum - Outfitters and Guides sub-forum and see what happens. I've seen hunts arranged this was several times.
