178 in the 10 at 40 yards using my sons 870 compact, Fed HW 7's. Needless to say I think it will work.
Just wan't to say thanks for all the info on this site, without it I would have never known about this choke.

My 870 compact loves the hastings .562 also. It averages 170's with the fed #7's.

here are my patterns.  Rem 20 gauge, 22" barrel, Hasting .562 and Fed HW 1.5 oz #7

This was the best out of 4 shots, 2 were in the 150-160, and one was in the 130's.I did not clean the barrel after the first shot, forgot the boresnake.
