Does anybody know what the purpose of the plastic piece that is inside the synthetic stock of the 835? Just curious.
Got a PIC? My 835 is about 10 years old and it has a hollow stock. I cut a piece of styrofoam and fitted it in the cavity. I then added about 4 ozs of lead shot in a sock rolled up and duct taped that to the aft end of the foam. I then added a Limbsaver and she shoots 3 1/2", 2 1/4 oz Hevis like a 20 guage.
