Title: Fastfire protector
Post by: yella yelper on January 29, 2017, 11:01:35 PM
Where can a fella get his hands on one of those fancy protectors? I saw some made by Burris but they were for a picatinny mount.

Gobbler74, to use your protector, are longer screws needed to secure the sight? What base do y'all recommend pairing this with? Gonna pic up a vortex venom or fastfire3 in the coming weeks

He sent me screws with my protector. Fit nicely into my sumtoy mount. No problems with either and 100% satisfied

Yes, you do need longer screws. I've bought several guards from Gobbler74 over the years and he included the required screws with each one. Buy with confidence, it's a great product.  :icon_thumright:

Does anyone know if this will fit on a speed bead? Buddy of mine is setting up a Benelli M1 with a speed bead and fast fire III - and he was wondering about a protector?

Thanks...

I don't see why it wouldn't fit

Anyone have experience using this protector on a vortex venom?
