Title: Displaying a Turkey
Post by: Spyderman on January 28, 2017, 09:28:28 PM
Other than the standard tail fan and full body mount, what are some ways that you display your turkeys? I've been wanting to do a cape display for a few years, and am interested in any other ways to display a turkey.

I have made several of these for myself and friends, Fan, Wings, Beard and 10 pairs of Spurs.

Working on a new display that will hold 25 beards :)

Here's another, I modified the display to hold more beards and I added the spur chains.

Neat displays....I've had four done with reclaimed barn wood that turned out really nice. I need to figure out how to post pictures or I'd post them.

I personally like the caped version of display.

We've been doing something similar at my camp since '85, except with the counties rather than the state. First I've ever seen someone do something similar. Great work!
