I have posted lots of pics on the forum in the past but am now having issues with image size even after resizing them. I can't find the link that tells how to better resize them. Would appreciate some help.

I don't know about the link you are referring to, but if you are using Windows, there is a good chance you have "Paint". Open photo in Paint, click resize, change % to whatever you need, save as a new picture.

Tinypic.com is a good place to resize your image. Also some people use photobucket and just copy the IMG file and paste directly into the forum.
