Title: G&H turkey decoys...
Post by: mudhen on April 06, 2011, 03:03:43 PM
Not sure I like them, but I would need to see them in person to be sure  :)

Body seems fine, head seems a bit funky....

$39 price is fine though  ;D

Body looks pretty good.  You could paint the head if you got one.  Are they hard bodied or soft?

Hard shell.  They can be stacked.  Might be a good idea for decoy flocks?

Only problem is that I'm really pretty fond of my DSD decoys :)

If you are looking at a hard body, then I'd just save up and get a DSD.  They sure are pretty.  I'd like to have the flock and I am likely going to start saving up myself.  I'll at least get the feeding hen for next year.  I have a nice rubber upright that I like and looks really good.

I don't like the paint job on the heads. Don't look like any turkeys I've seen. I know G & H makes nice duck decoys, I've got several of them!!
