And found a barely used NWTF edition Winchester 1300 at a local gun shop (http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161130/ba60705d83ce4b147bb9f791a22c04e5.jpg)

That's cool, those are my favorites!
I really like the 1200 and 1300. I already had one that is basically the same gun just without the laminated stock and forearm or the engraving, I have one 1200 in 12 ga and my daddy has a 1200 in 16ga that I used to kill my first two deer with I hope to kill a turkey with it in the near future

Nice
good looking "old school" turkey killer there
Nice. Good luck with it.
Nice find,I have a few 1300's in my safe....Great gun.....imo.
My dad has that same gun. That's always been one of my favorites of his.
I remember the first one of those I ever saw. A friend of my uncle's showed up with one at a shooting match in the late 80's and absolutely cleaned house.
I wanted one but was young and broke, then got away from hunting for years.
I still haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but I do enjoy taking it out of the safe and looking at. What year was the nwtf model made

Nice, no camo. Happy Shootin'.
I know this is an older thread, but I love this gun and would snatch one up if I ever see it! My older friend that took me to his farm to kill my first turkey had one just like it and he slayed turkeys with it! Plus it's a looker. His was a prototype I believe that he got at the NWTF convention if I remember him right. Good times. I hadn't seen that gun since we went that one time.
Thinking of getting a jebs choke for it what constriction would y'all recommend. I already have a good supply of hevi 6, 7, and mag blend and Lb 5
