Title: PA legalizes semi-automatic rifle hunting
Post by: JK Spurs on November 21, 2016, 08:43:20 PM
Just received this email from the NRA....I didn't think it would be signed. It will be interesting to see what regulations the PAGC will roll out to govern the bill. I'm sure there are many out there not in favor but I'm for the opportunity to use mine for groundhog/varmint hunting. I don't think I'd use it for any other species. I didn't realize they were legal in every state except PA and Delaware??

Today, Governor Tom Wolf signed House Bill 263 into law, making Pennsylvania the 49th state to allow semi-automatic rifle hunting.

Well, guess the value of the Remington 760/7600 will finally drop to reasonable prices in that area then. As for it's intended purpose, why not use it on other critters? Just don't fall into the spray and pray category of people.
