Title: Not a Turkey
Post by: ChiefBubba on October 31, 2016, 08:27:33 PM
Had a little luck on the farm this year. We're having one of the best years ever. 6 so far all over 100 lbs. Here's my 2. Good sized body but screwed up rack. Chief

Good deal man. Meat hunters don't care about the rack anyway. Big rack hunting is kinda taking something out of hunting IMO anyway. People look down on others when they shoot something they feel isn't a trophy. Personally, a trophy is in the eye of the beholder. If you're happy with it, that's all matters. Something half that size walks by my stand 3 weeks from now, it's eating lead. Congrats man.

Thanks guys. They're all trophies to me. I'm just having a great time this year. It's been one of the best years for seeing lots of deer movement. I haven't taken a deer at all the last 2 years so it was nice to get the monkey off my back. Chief
