I've used this recipe many times and has yet to disappoint, Jamaican jerk turkey breast. A couple Cubanelle and habenero peppers blended up with some spices/oil and blackened over some hot coals. Recipe in the recipe section .

We do a big batch of the jalapeno jelly every year. Wifey does the hot pack on that. It goes really well on the leftover breast.
