Hey Y'all,
I have my eye on a grinder at Cabelas and I have been waiting for it to go on sale.
Anyone have any info on how often their food processing equipment goes on sale?
I would bet chances are good it will be soon. I know BassPro does a fall hunting classic in-store and on-line sales event.
I think Cabelas does too and they usually start in mid to late August.
If it doesn't go on sale then, probably Black Friday would be a good time to make the purchase.

all I'm gonna say
What are the benefits of a LEM grinder versus a Cabelas Commercial Grinder?
I bought my LEM several years ago and it's a good one. I bought a .33 hp and that stinker grinds faster than I can feed it. Can only guess it's done a few dozen deer and still looks and works like new. Some of the new ones have more stainless grinding parts that would be nice. Also, spraying the grinding parts with a food grade silicon spray makes for easy cleaning.
