I bought a BB2 cube this week at a big box store and when I went to put it out and unwrapped it a day later found out it had molded and gone bad. I emailed the Big and J web site and in less than 2 hours had a response telling me that some stores had tried to carry over old inventory and they were molding and going bad due to the long shelf period. They asked me to send my shipping address and they are sending me a new one asap, no receipts , original packaging or anything. Was good to see that some companies still practice good customer service and I just wanted to give them credit and give them a shout out. Critters love the stuff too, very interesting to see what shows up in front of a trail cam eating them.
Service means a lot , this day and time..
Updated . Received my new BB2 block at my doorstep yesterday . Went to put it out and opened the box and had a hat in with it. Now THAT"S customer service! Just wanted to give Big and J another shout out. I know whose products I will be using from now on...
That is good to hear don't see that much anymore. I just had trouble with Wildgame customer service so this gives me hope
That's the only way to stay in business. Go above and beyond. Big and J stands behind there product.
