I have one in my wife's 20, it gives fairly consistent patterns out to 35yds with winchester 5's, not huge numbers like my 12 but evenly distributed

Yep, my 20 ga. 870 does well with a Tightwad and Winchester 3" no. 5 shot.

The tightwad is a solid performer for the price. While it's not a super tight choke it does give a consistent pattern like others have mentioned. It did pretty well with the federal heavyweight 7's but I found it to be a bit sparse with any of the lead #5's. It's still good enough for turkeys to the 30-35 yard mark but it's thin for my likings. I've used it with lead 6's for squirrel hunting at times and when they're sitting at the top of a tree feeling safe, it brings them out with some authority. It's a solid choke.

I've got one in an 870 youth and it puts 220ish in the 10 and 190ish in the 20"" at 40. Nice even patterns and I havnt polished the barrel yet
