Title: Chattahoochee Scratcher
Post by: hunter22 on July 12, 2016, 09:38:09 AM
Here's a unique style scratcher I just got from Allen Dunfee, Kentuckyheadhunter on here. This one is made from Basswood and Birch. It is a two sided scratcher with old hen on one side and young hen on the other. Allen posted a soundfile in an earlier thread showing how he plays them. I am nowhere close to him but I attached a soundfile I made running mine.

You have no idea. I ended up with that scratch box and it's a killer for certain.

Thanks guys.  Kris I'm really glad you were able to get this one because I know she has a good home.  Several nice birds have already fallen victim to the Hooch boxes this year.  Steve Mann told me he was going to try his out this spring and congratulated me on my 2nd and 5th place in the Grand Nationals this year.  I am honored by all of you who have chosen to hunt my calls.
