Title: Montana Miss-Purfect Decoy problem and resolution
Post by: HFultzjr on May 27, 2016, 10:19:18 AM
Ok,

I had a small problem with my Miss-Perfect Decoy. It seems the head became un-attached after minimal usage. No abuse or nothing. So I e-mailed customer support last night, got a phone call this morning explaining what had happened. 30 second fix, over the phone. It seems that folding the head back when putting away sometimes the "spring" part of the head assembly slides back into the body. Just feel for it and unwind like a spring and it will go right back up where it belongs. No big deal. If it slides out again, 2 twists and it's right back up. 10 seconds max. I got to give a 5 star review for their customer support. Very fast, very nice, very friendly, talked turkey and problem resolved. Recommended!

While I've not used mine yet, I do like them. Ended up getting two of the hens. Considered the joke but think I'm going to get papa strut instead. You can't beat the portability of the units for sure.
