I personally would like to "shout out" a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the call-makers who work their tails off so I can enjoy 50+ days in the woods each Spring hunting turkeys. I have always been a believer that turkey hunters kill turkeys; not turkey calls; however, with a great call, it sure makes the hunter's task at hand much easier and enjoyable. Because I sell a call does not express my dissatisfaction with any call....I just like using different calls in the woods each year. These call-makers are not making riches...they put hard hours into their craftsmanship because of their love of our sport. So in no particular order, THANK YOU to: Al & Josh Shoemaker, Russell Beard, Mike Crooks, Albert Paul, Scottie Hook, Mike Longnecker, Frank Cox, David Halloran, Glenn Marrer, Kimmy Hanks, Steve Torman, Bill Lyman, Wendell Rye, James Harrison, Billy Buice, Anthony Ellis, Brad Roberts, Gary Anderson, Olin Humphries, Jimmy Schaffer, Anthony Reynolds, Lonnie Sneed, Lon Trice etc. for making my 2016 season special. Heck yeah man. Awesome post. Some names I'd like to add as well but it feels tacky adding them as a reply to an original post. Although, starting a new post won't feel much better at this point. Anyway, awesome post and as said above, thanks to all the custom call makers here. You guys have really changed things for me and enhanced turkey hunting for me forever.
The contact with all these custom call makers has been the best experience. Talking with them and getting advice has been and will be priceless as I go forward with this addiction. Kudos to all you callmakers, you all are classy!!! Thanks for spending my money :icon_thumright:
