Boiled, and scraped clean with small Case knife.

skin peels right off. put the bone part in a paste of baking soda and water.

This is from the turkey I took last Saturday, Cleaned.

depends... some cleaned and some I leave the whole foot intact

or boil it first in water and then place it in water and dawn dish soap for a couple days

I prefer mine without the skin. I saw this here on OG and it is the way I do mine.
