I can personally speak for Buice, Natural Addiction, Brian Mero, Motherlode, AGE, Pappy, and Ralph Permar. They all make quality trumpets that are easy to learn on.
I have bought and sold several, Im not a collector. In my opinion, Matt McLain is tops!
THATS A TUFF ANSWER
THERES ALOT OF GOOD TRUMPET MAKERS
I HAVE ALOT. TO MANY , BUT I WILL SUGGEST
BILLY Buice
Frank Cox!!
If money isn't a problem.....
Billie Buice
Frank Cox
Herb Hornstra
Ralph Permar
Best bang for your buck is a Matt McLain plain Jane....
austy bott his adjustable is real nice too :turkey2:
Added to the list above,
Del Crow SavDuck
Brian Mero
Matt McLain
Steve Lumma
Muddpuppi if he's still making them.
Go ahead and get a Buice and practice, practice, practice. You'll want to quit and sell the call but it'll come to you eventually.

Buice trumpets have interchangeable mouthpieces. Nice touch. You can change the sound of the trumpet by changing the mouthpiece.
