I am thinking of mounting a trs 25 on my 870 SM with a saddle mount. My stock is an older synthetic, non Monte Carlo. Does anyone have any setups like this that could tell me if my cheek weld will be affected? Never had a red dot on a gun to compare. Thanks for the help.
Put one on my Mossberg 500 this spring and so far I love it. I put a Beartooth Comb Raising Kit to get my cheek hold up higher and it works out pretty well.
