Had a fun 3 day hunt and was fortunate enough to get a bird down on opening morning. Day one at 11:25 I shot this bird who weighed in at 15.84lbs, 9in beard & 1in spurs. The next two days proved challenging because they were henned up but on the last day I came very close to taking a large tom but he went right instead of coming left (he wasn't going to let his hens get away from him). Cant wait to go back next year.
Congrats! Nice gobbler.

Congrats!!
Congrats. Nice job.
Congrats, I tried to message you. Thought you might be in hocking county again.
I was down in that area Tuesday was gonna look you up. Sorry I missed ya.
Was going to go there this season but went to Tusc. county this time. I will have to say that I love hunting in Ohio no matter where it is. If I go back to Hocking hills next year, we will have to get together Perrytrails
Congrats on the bird!!

Will do!! Good luck in NY
Thanks man. Have you had any luck in Ohio
Got a nice 2 year old on Tuesday. 4 out of 7 days I didn't hear a gobble. Lots of hens not on the nest so hunting should get better.

Nice paint brush. Congrats.
Awesome. Congrats man. I know that when I left Ohio, the birds were henned up but I knew that as soon as they started to nest things would pick up.
Congrats!
