I want to post some sound files of calls. When I tried, my post was rejected because the size of my wav sound file was too large. I trimmed it to 7 seconds, and it was still too large. Any ideas? Compression? And if so, how? Any help appreciated.

Upload it to SoundCloud or similar service and then just provide the link to it here.
