Title: New Texas Member
Post by: DocGobbler on April 21, 2016, 02:11:46 PM
Hello guys my name is Blake. I've been turkey hunting seriously for going on my 3rd year. I'm a veterinarian north of Dallas and given my location I have access to several different opportunities to pursuit both rios and easterns depending on the direction I decide to drive. I'm still learning quite a bit about turkey hunting but each year I feel like I always learn something that helps me to improve. I hunt almost exclusively on public land though occasionally I find someone that'll allow me to pay a gate fee to chase a bird. Keep telling myself someday when I get a lease I'll look back on my experiences with public land and appreciate it that much more. Looking forward to learning from yall and getting to know yall.
