If you could retire anywhere, with turkey hunting in mind, where would it be, and why? All input is welcome. Thanks
If I had money it would be Texas. Nice weather, lots of birds, lots of other game, and depending on where your at not to far to good hunting in other states.
TN? Good all around hunting and fishing, beautiful, and centered in good location to hit multiple other states.

[/Ditto Greg!!!!
Like you, I recently retired as well, and your right, about everyday being Saturday except one!!! LOLb]
I would chose the Texas Hill Country. Good hunting, pretty scenery and close enough to big cities to have all the amenities and necessities one could need.
Same place I've always lived here in middle Tennessee

Only these Arkansas birds know how to make my blood boil. Been several other places...guess there is nowhere like home.

Considering I've got 14 years to go. Depends on the situation of this country at the time. More than likely Alabama.
