Had a great hunt this past weekend. It was tough as the birds did not cooperate very well. But I was able to get a big one down.

It's mandatory to get this one done because it may be once in a lifetime trophy. Congrats again.
That's a good one there for sure.
nice bird...
Very NICE! CONGRATS!! Make sure you post some PICS of the mount. That one needs a place in your home.
That's a beast, a true wall hanger, congrats
What kind of mount do you guys think would look good to show the 4 beards and the spurs?
Consider getting him gobbling from a strutting position. The beards may show nicely. Good luck.
Awesome bird!! Congrats!!! :icon_thumright:
Great job! Congrats on the bird of a lifetime!
Nice Gobblet !! Congrats
Here's a North Carolina bird I mounted for a fella a couple years ago. I agree, gobbling would work probably better for showing beards and Spurs both.
Congrats Taylor!

Excellent specimen
Bird of a lifetime! Way to go. :you_rock:
That one's full grown. Congrats.
I'd have to agree with some others about gobbling from the limb or a half strut gobbling on a table or pedestal mount to show off the beards. Some great examples here and John is a great guy to deal with.

One heck of a bird...Looking at those mounts makes me crazy, it would take me forever to pick one.
Awesome bird, congratulations!
congrats on a stud of a bird
Here's an idea for ya! This shows off the multiple beards. I had a tough time deciding what mount best shows off the beards & this is the one I went with. Congrats on a nice bird btw!!!

Yeah... There's a lot of options. I'm thinking strutting and gobbling... We'll see!
Thanks everyone! It was a great hunt and I knew he was the stud of the area but I had no idea he was this big...
WOW!
