Title: Hotel booked, license ordered
Post by: 762hunter on April 06, 2016, 11:50:05 AM
Going to NW Oklahoma April 20-24, gonna give the turkey chasing a try over that way.

It will be my 1st time trying a state that doesn't border Tn.

All I figure now is travel expenses and food.

Getting excited

Good luck man. I am getting pumped too because on the 17th I am heading to Ohio to chase some birds. There is just something about hunting out of state (maybe its due to getting a head start before our own states open season).

Good Luck! I'm headed to SW Texas the last week of this month for some Rio action. I can't wait to get my tail on that plane!

Oklahoma is a fun state to hunt, use to go out there and "pay a trespass fee" ! Wish it was still the same as it use to be! Good luck

Good luck man. It'll be different from what you're used to, but a lot of fun.

Nothing like hunting out of your Home state.  South Dakota, Kansas, Florida X2 and Wisconsin for me.  Heading back to the Cheese head state for the 3rd week of their season 27 April-3 May.  Enjoy the experience and Good Luck!
