working on Brandon's Stealth trumpet and guess what ...(you never look up while turning and see who it is coming in the shop....) as you can see in the lower right hand side of the pic my chisel reminded me of this...so (with the last piece of black acrylic) I head back to the lathe today a little disappointed but with the doors closed....and here we are Brandon..your new Stealth trumpet...

yeah could of been worse,imagine if it had been an all ivory trumpet
yeah, I know that there are many call makers on here who have had their share of "OMG" moments on the lathe, but it does make you feel like a fool when it happens, especially when you have had hundreds and hundreds of hours standing at one....
