Title: Up all night
Post by: MouthCaller on April 02, 2016, 01:30:40 AM
Not because I can't sleep but.... I can't sleep... no really I can't... started working second shift last year in the middle of turkey season and my sleeping patterns don't have me going to bed until 6am so after not being able to assemble my gear until after 12 am (due to errands and such Friday) here I am doing laundry and assembling my vest how I want it remembering where things are as I need them... I'm now watching the truth 27 and just waiting on that clock to hurry up...

I had the same problem at one time, never really did get used to it. After all this time, I still have a hard time getting to sleep on the night before an opener. I wish you the best of luck. :icon_thumright:

Good luck to you. I feel for you working 2nd shift . I worked 2nd for about 1 1/2 yrs and truely hated it. I would get off work about 11:30pm and couldn't get to sleep until around 5AM. I would sleep until about noon, get up, get something to eat and get ready for work...had be back in at 2:45. I never got anything done except for on my days off. I was always tired. I switched to 3rd and lived on about 3-4 hrs a sleep a day. I always felt better on 3rd than I ever did on 2nd.
