I have a jake and a deer. They both work good.

I love my Miss Purr-fect. I hike in a long ways on public land and need compact , lightweight decoys when I decide to use them. It's also very realistic. I just purchased a Jake Purr-fect last week but haven't used it yet.

I've used both of these successfully, but prefer the strutter. When traveling light it folds up small enough to fit in my Brossie bag w no problem. I usually don't stake it out... just raise it up ocassionally to simulate a gobbler fanning. (NOT reaping, too dangerous where I hunt!)  :OGturkeyhead:

Used to use them a little since they're so conveinant. Waiting a turkey out only to have em blow up once it got near decoy made me switch to DSDs. Never had one spook since.

You will have that with any decoy. My DSDs have spooked birds.
