Title: Tracking tricked me.

I had ordered a new David Halloran Box call and his new slate. I tracked the package and it was delivered today around lunch..... Or so they say. I rushed home only to have the disappoint like a kid on Christmas morning with no presents under the tree.

This ever happen to anyone else?

Yup, and I went straight to the post office to figure out what had happened. I'd ordered a knife that is no longer made. It was posted as delivered but wasn't there. Turned out that the mail carrier placed it in the wrong box by mistake.

Check to make sure it was delivered to your house. Both UPS and FedEx have a service where it's delivered to the post office then they deliver to you the next day. I work for UPS so I know it causes a lot of confusion.  I don't really care for the service because a lot of people assume they are paying for a UPS delivery. If you don't mind, post the 9th and 10th digit of your tracking #. ( if it's UPS )

Yeah, I am hoping they did not put it in the wrong mailbox. I will be going to the post office tomorrow.

Happened twice just before Christmas. Posted them as delivered and never saw them. Was told they were delivered and it was my problem.

well that stinks...happened to me one time....said my safety harness had arrived only to find out that it was a box full of fishing lures....another time I was supposed to be sent a "replacement" dozen mallards from Flambeau only to find out they were goose decoys...

I emailed David Halloran on Wednesday. He almost immediately emailed me back a new tracking number. That tracking number had that my calls were going to be delivered Thursday. So not sure how I ended up with two numbers. But they did arrive yesterday and they are great!

So not sure really what happened with the tracking numbers, but the calls made me forget about the issue!!! :happy0064:
