Would any of these suffice to start turning pots and strikers? Wanting to get into this hobby but need a lathe. I know there are probably better options, but for a first one I don't want to spend a ton. The smaller ones especially I wanted to make sure have enough room and power. Just got one of the 10x18 1/2 hp delivered a couple days ago. Haven't got to use it yet, but did check it out some. Centers lined up dead on, and the motor is super quiet. Tool rest slid really easy. I was surprised. It has good reviews. I got it delivered for $175 including shipping and tax. Just find a 20% coupon code and use it at checkout. For that price, I figured it was worth a shot.
I have the 8x12 and it is pretty good. However, I plan on getting the 10x18 in the near future because the components look to be of better quality. If I were you I would get the 10x18.

The last one on your list is a great machine too. I use it a lot. People knock the reeves drive for variable speed. I find it works just fine. It's a good idea to open up the hood and blow the dust out and use white grease to keep the shafts greased. I do it every month. I have been so happy with this machine that I sold my mini Rikon. I find this much more comfortable to work in front of. The large size capacity is nice for some other projects. The added HP is nice for drilling long or big holes.
I rescued mine from a barn. It was siting in that barn for 3 years. It was a mess but turned right on. I cleaned it up and have been using it for 2 solid years now.
The lathe question was easier.

I have the 10 x 18 and haven't had a bit of trouble. I turn tube and trumpets and a few other things and am very pleased.
