Does anyone know if there are any makers of left handed box calls?

Left handed one sider calls?
Standard box calls have a left and right side....
Any two sided box can be played on the left side. I play the left side as much as the right. Most guys that make a one sider would most likely make you a left sider. Check out the website of your favorite box maker. Good luck!
PM Hunter22 he's left handed and has had several call makers fashion him a left handed box call.

I do have several left-handed one sided calls. I have them from Ed Terefencko, Steve Savage, Tim Clayton, Russell Beard, and Ken Martin. But when I order a short box from a callmaker I tell them that I am left-handed and what sound I would like on the left side. Most can tune the call to get what sound you want on that side.
Many calls are tuned mature hen on the right and young hen on the left. A leftie may prefer that opposite. Also, I have played tons that were good on the right and less than good on the left. Seems many spend more time tuning right side or are just better at playing that side when tuning.
Excellent post David.
Thanks guys

Steve Mann is left handed and I always thought his calls played good on the left side.
Talk to Al at SS, he built me a lefty one sider in Kwila/Butternut. The call is scary good!! You would love it. The only box that I've ever heard that sounds just like a good raspy glass call.
Yes, I am newer to box calls, but I am left-handed, and I need to start telling any call makers that I order from that I am left handed. I agree alot of 2 sided box calls play better on the right side it seems.
Most of the bigger box call companies put a lid screw hole on both ends of the box. All you do is swap ends with the paddle and adjust the screw tension till it sounds right.

They play equally good on the right side to. I must like them I have 14 of his box and paddle calls. Killed turkeys with most of them.
