Title: 336 Base Star Washers?

Where do I use the star washers with the 336 mount?

They are used with the screws that mount the Fastfire to the base and sit in the holes on the top of the Fastfire.   I ended up not using them though.  The fellow from Burris that used to be on here said he didn't use them either.

I didn't use em either.  Just a dab of blue Lock tite.

I used them with longer screws that I bought and blue loctite. 835 kicks like a mule so I figured anything helps.
