I think I should know the answer to this question but I don't. I did some searching in the internet, but couldn't find an answer. Can you safely shoot shot out of a rifled slug barrel? If so how does it affect the pattern? Thanks

I would not recommend that you try it. There are just too many possible negatives, wad lodging in the bore, scattered shot, leading, etc. and no positives to the experience.

Thanks Clark. I don't even own a slug barrel, just wondering and I knew someone here would know.
