My name is Clay,I live in North La. Turkey and duck hunting are my passion.
I got lucky opening morning and killed a nice gobbler with a 10 1/2" beard
and 1" spurs but it has been quite in my woods ever since. Looking forward
to getting to know ya'll.

I was born in Bossier City and grew up in Shreveport and Natchitoches.  Now live in Virginia.

Where do you hunt turkeys.  Never heard of any turkeys in the area when I was growing up (70's and 80's).  Good to here that they are there.  Not that many deer in DeSoto Parish back in the day as well.

Welcome C Bird. I don't post much but view often. I used to live in Parker's Chapel, AR and hunting down your way back in the '90s. Nice place to be from.
