Thinking about buying me a Tru-Lock choke tube, what do you guys think about them. I've heard that they are really chokes.

With the federal heavyweight load they are at the top. What load do you plan on using?

A very fine company and George Trulock is a true gentleman.

George was a pioneer in the choke tube business and continues to develop new products to meet the needs of shooters and hunters today.

Thanks,
Clark

I have two, one for my X-2 and one for my 11-87sm. Both guns are chambered in 3.5" and both will put up
great even patterns. Putting 200 in the 10" at 40 with the Federal Heviweight #7 shot

Only choke I will buy if I can help it. Had extended chokes in one of my O/U that I was goose hunting with.  Tried one of the new "hot" loads and it bulged the choke.  Took it in and they not only got it out, but replaced it at no charge and it was the ammo's fault (lots of problems with those early runs of Federal Black Cloud Snow Goose load).  I told them it was not their fault and Mr. George said it was warrantied and he was gonna replace it.  They are an hour or so from my house, so I can drive over if I have problems or questions. Top notch choke and 5 star customer service.  I would have been happy just with them getting the choke out of a $1700 shotgun with no damage.

The Fed HW chokes shoot awesome in both my Weatherby SA 459 and my daughter's youth 870. High 160s, no hole.

I'm running a Trulock in my SP-10 and my 11-87 Super Magnum shooting Federal Heavyweight 7's.

They have replaced all my other chokes and Nitro Ammunition.

It's remarkable, really, just how many good choke makers we have in Georgia.

Trulock, SumToy, Kicks, JEBS, Comp N Choke, etc.
