i was considering purchasing a tenzing TP14 for this spring. Just wondering if anyone had on and if they liked or disliked it. I have a TZ4000 for big game and love it, I am definitely interested in the turkey hunting version. Thank you in advance for any info you could offer.
From the looks of the vest your paying around 300 dollars for something to rest your back on and carry your turkey hunting stuff. if it were me i would spend my money on a good turkey hunting shotgun with a good turkey choke and good turkey calls. You can pickup a good vest on sale for around 50 dollars and a light weight chair like the Alps strutter hunting chair or the Browning camping strutter folding chair for around 40 dollars.. If for sum reason you were to break one of the legs on that Tenzing you out a back support for the rest of the season or until you get it fixed..
I bought the tv14. It doesn't come with the kickstand., doesn't come w a bike either, kinda where kickstands belong.,
Just kidding, I don't know anyone who has not removed theirs in any type vest so tv it was. The material seems better than the rest. I paid 131 on Amazon. Had to get it in a certain camo or it was 134. Both prices were w shipping
I don't have the pack in question, but Tenzing makes a heck of a pack and we sell a lot of them though the store. Well worth the money for a "performance" product! I have a number of Badlands packs and opted for a smaller one to use for turkey hunting, I carry a separate chair I "made" for comfort.
