Title: Need some info on lodging in Kansas

I'm headed to Kansas first week May and need some help as far as lodging State Park cabins Vs hotels. Will be in mid northwest part state, any help appreciated

Where at? Buddy that lives in Natoma used to have a house he rented to hunters. I can text him if you will be anywhere close

Looking to Rook, Smith, Mitchell  or surrounding counties I've hunted Washington county but no further west just wondering about any hotels that would be good choices nothing fancy just clean place to sleep or specific experience with cabins I've looked up the state park sites but nothing like first hand knowledge
