If anyone has any experience hunting in any of these states, please give me a suggestion. I've narrowed it down to these 3 all in different states. I do need price to be a consideration.

I hunt southern Indiana every year and usually Kentucky. You can kill 2 birds in Ky with total of $215 and from what I saw on our DNR site it's $140 and you can kill one bird. Check my numbers, but thats close. Kentucky comes in earlier. Both states have good public land options if you're interested. I can point you to some areas of interest if your interested in public land PM me. Check the Kentucky fish and wildlife telecheck site for past harvest results by county or on public areas. Some camping available depending where. No Ohio knowledge. Good luck!
Ohio has pockets of birds, you have to try al harder to find them, especially on public land. Not to mention you can only hunt until noon the first week I think, and it opens on a Monday, in the past. Ky has birds on just about every ridge but you will have to travel more towards the south or west part of the state to find good public land. I'm not very familiar with public land in Indiana.. ..I have never had to hunt public land every to kill my birds
Here in Indiana the non-resident costs is $126.75 for spring turkey. This includes a license for one bearded turkey and a game bird habitat stamp ($6.75). The limit is one bird in the spring. I mostly hunt public lands and the weekdays are not too bad. The first weekend is the worst. The best populations of birds is in the southern part of the state and there is a fair amount of public land. Hunting is all day and would recommend being familiar with sunset times if you come to IN.
I love hunting KY and this would be my first choice. License will be more $$$$ but is good for two birds and the numbers are greater. At least, that has been my experience.
Can't speak for OH but have heard some good things from this state.
It's hard to place them 1,2 or 3.....ky for sure #1 but 2 and 3 are hard because of small bag limit in Indiana and scattered birds in Ohio.....
